This document sets out national minimum standards for establishing and delivering Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) in satellite sites, including community, rural, and home-based settings, where it is safe and clinically appropriate to do so.
This document is intended for operational managers, clinical and multidisciplinary team leads, and potential in-house or contracted satellite providers involved in the planning and design of new SACT satellite sites. Meeting these requirements will support consistent delivery of high quality, safe and equitable care and treatment across Aotearoa, New Zealand.
