Supportive Care Guidance
These documents are supportive care guidelines used for the authoring of medical oncology regimens within the SRL. The guidance does not extend to haematology regimens. They are not a comprehensive information source and for more detailed information it is recommended that clinicians consult the latest literature. The documents summarise the recommendations from the inaugural ACT-NOW Supportive Care Workshop held on 14 August 2020 and from subsequent workshops (the most recent being 13 May 2025) and feedback from practitioners. Updated to October 2025. Centres may alter supportive medications for regimens according to local institutional practice and/or patient clinical consideration. Please note that not all published regimens have yet been updated to reflect the latest guidance shown in the Emetogenicity and Hypersensitivity documents.
