Constipation risk: Consider prescribing laxatives with this treatment
Diarrhoea risk: Consider prescribing antidiarrhoeals with this treatment
Emetogenicity: Minimal to low

Constipation/Diarrhoea risk: pralsetinib may cause constipation or diarrhoea. Monitor gastrointestinal symptoms.


Emetogenicity: Antiemetics may be required with continuous dosing of oral anti-cancer medicines with MINIMAL to LOW emetic risk; an individualised approach is appropriate.
